GenAI Engineer

As a Gen AI Engineer at Raizon Group, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and implement innovative AI models to address complex challenges and drive business growth.

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop Generative AI solutions.·
2. Design, train, and optimize Generative models to meet project objectives and performance benchmarks.
3. Draft, refine, and test text prompts to ensure desired outcomes.
4. Optimize text prompts based on client feedback.
5. Implement and integrate Generative AI solutions into existing systems, ensuring seamless functionality and scalability.
6. Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of model performance, including testing for functionality, accuracy, and robustness.
7. Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI research and technology, integrating relevant findings into projects.
8. Establish organizational standards and best practices for Generative AI development.
9. Continuously optimize existing Generative AI models to enhance performance, scalability, and efficiency.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Experience in developing and implementing AI/ML models.
3. Proficiency in Python.
4. Experience with AWS cloud platform and services, including SageMaker, DynamoDB, Lambda, etc.
5. Solid understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, particularly in the realm of Generative models.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

1. Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for AI/ML projects.

The Raizon Consulting Team takes responsibility for the end-to-end data solution design, development, testing, and deployment of advanced AI and Analytics products & solutions. This includes the configuration and administration of cloud infrastructure, data management frameworks, ETL jobs, advanced DSML models, scripting agents, and business intelligence/visualization front ends.

They work closely together on data initiatives and will ensure optimal data delivery architecture is consistent throughout ongoing projects. They are self-directed and comfortable supporting the data needs of multiple projects, systems, and products for a variety of industry verticals and customers. The overall objective is to develop complex and highly optimized logic and models to achieve a variety of results.
