Visual Data Engineer

We are looking for highly motivated and savvy Visual Data Engineers to grow capabilities and expand our Consulting practice in Malaysia and APAC. Candidates who aspire to be data professionals and have attained a Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field should apply to join our growing team of experts.

1. Data Visualization Development: Create compelling visual representations of data for reports and dashboards using data visualization tools and techniques.
2. Data Analysis: Analyse and interpret data to extract key trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into visual solutions that meet business needs.
4. Data Preparation: Clean, organize, and prepare raw data for visualization, ensuring accuracy and reliability of the visual outputs.
5. Dashboard Development: Design and implement interactive dashboards that provide real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs).
6. User Training: Provide training and support to end-users on utilizing visualization tools and interpreting the visual data effectively.
7. Performance Optimization: Optimize data queries and visualization performance to enhance user experience and data retrieval speed.

1. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
2. Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
3. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and visualization.
4. Experience with data wrangling and preparation techniques.
5. Understanding of database management and data warehouse concepts.
6. Knowledge in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in data visualization, analytics, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in developing dashboards and visual reports for business intelligence purposes.
